Beverly began working for CAHSC in January 2015. She has 20 years experience of working in the adult social care sector in various roles, more recently as Regional Manager for a housing and support provider and as a local authority social care Commissioning Manager. She is an advocate and enthusiastic practitioner of partnership working and is passionate about supporting and contributing to lasting improvements in the care and support sector in Cornwall.
Elaine joins us with over five years experience working in Events Management and marketing. As Funding and Events Lead she will be taking the lead on delivering the CAHSC events, such as the Care & Support Awards and the Outstanding Care Forum. She will also be looking after the Workforce Development Fund, supporting the providers in accessing funding and championing learning and development.
Michelle joined us in February 2020 with over 6 year’s experience working in accounts with charities, CIC’s, CIO’s. Michelle is responsible for all of the finances within the company and supporting the team in all areas of finance.
Stacey joined CAHSC as Business Support Officer in 2020 – right in the midst of the pandemic! She’s been a valuable asset to the team, bringing her own experience of working in care, both in elder care and learning disabilities in residential and supported living settings. After completing a BTEC National Diploma in Health Studies, Stacey spent 12 years in the care sector, before moving to support young adults with complex learning needs at the local college. Caring has always been a part of Stacey’s life. Growing up with her mum and nan working in the sector, Stacey would often spend school holidays in the care home helping out.
