We want to know what you think of our learning and development courses. That’s why we operate the Tick (Training in care knowledge) review programme.

Tick this tells us what we’re doing well, as well as identifying any areas for improvement. After you attend one of our courses, you’ll be given the opportunity to rate both the course provider and the course content in terms of:
  • the knowledge you have gained,
  • the impact on your practice,
  • overall quality,
  • value for money.
Scoring runs from 1 – dissatisfied to 5 – very satisfied. When you leave a review we ask that you give a good and thorough explanation so we can act on your feedback and use it to improve future courses.

Sign up to use Tick as a course provider

Any learning and development provider can sign up as a member of Tick for an annual fee. This gives you a tried and tested framework to ask delegates attending your courses to submit a review to Tick. For more information, or to sign up as a Tick provider, email [email protected]
